Worked most of the day on setting up my local environment. Ran into issues with installing ruby bc the paths were incorrect, which Rachel will open a ticket for.

Then had my first IPM meeting and learning how the points system works and how that process works. I didn't type the voted number in and tried to guess what the point value would be. I was right on 3 out of 5 of them.

Met with Juan and Ashley to get to know them better and hear about their journeys into tech.
